See below for help navigating common roadblocks with portal registration or login.
Unable to find Word of Life Invitation Email:
For Administrators:- Search your email for a message from support@wordoflifeseries.org. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
- If you do not find the message, email support@wordoflifeseries.org with your email address, parish/school name, parish/school zip code and request the invitation to be resent.
- Once you have officially registered using the email invitation, reenter the Online Portal through the link in the top right of this website: https://support.wordoflifeseries.org/. Do not reuse the email invitation.
For Teachers/Catechists:
- Search your email for a message from support@wordoflifeseries.org. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
- If you do not find the message, please reach out to your administrator for them to resend the invitation.
- You must click the registration link to have proper access to the portal. You cannot login without having first accepted the invitation.
- Once you have officially registered using the email invitation, reenter the Online Portal through the link in the top right of this website: https://support.wordoflifeseries.org/. Do not reuse the email invitation.
Questions about the Temporary Authentication Code & Passwords:
The default sign-in method for the portal is a 6-digit code sent to your email.
- The code is unique every time you attempt to login.
- The subject of the email is "Temporary Authentication Code" and it comes from customer.service@augustineinstitute.org
Tips for navigating any issues you might have with the code:
- If you are receiving errors saying it is the wrong code you may be either looking at the wrong email or are entering older codes.
- If you are clicking on the "Resend Code" button, only the latest code will be accepted.
- When attempting to enter the six-digit code, please make sure you wait up to a minute or so to receive the email.
If you prefer to set up a password, you can do so under account settings in the portal.

Click on your name in the upper right corner of the portal and then click Change Password.

Once a password is set up, you will not receive the authentication code to login.
