Web Browser Troubleshooting Tips

Troubleshooting tips with your web browser:

  1. Try another web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari). Sometimes using another web browser alleviates the issue you are having when trying to connect.
  2. Clear your "cache," stored website data. To do this, please visit http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/  to locate instructions on how to clear your cache for your particular web browser. Once you've cleared your cache, please close and re-open your browser. Then, go to https://app.wordoflifeseries.org and login.
  3. Make sure all other programs and windows are closed out on your computer to strengthen the connection to Word of Life.
  4. You may also test your Internet connection by following the steps below:

Please run a speed test on the browser you are currently accessing Word of Life from. Go to google.com > Type 'speed test' into the search bar > click the blue 'RUN SPEED TEST' 

Once you have done the speed test on the browser you are currently using, please try another browser to access Word of Life.

  • Open a different browser
  • Run another speed test and note if there are any differences from browser to browser
  • Open https://app.wordoflifeseries.org and go to the same place you received the 'Technical Difficulties' warning
